How it works
From the menu to your table in three steps.
- Step 1
Find a restaurant
Set your location and see the restaurants around you: menu, prices, opening hours, ratings, and whether they deliver to you or offer pickup.
- Step 2
Place your order
Choose your dishes, add or leave out ingredients and write a note for the kitchen. Pick delivery or pickup, right away or for a later time. Pay when you get the food, or by card in the app where the restaurant offers it.
- Step 3
Pick it up or track the delivery
The restaurant confirms the order and tells you when it will be ready. You see every status change: in the kitchen, ready, on its way. For pickup you come and collect it, for delivery the restaurant brings it to your door.

In your language
HereEats is in English, Slovenian, Croatian and German. Every dish shows what's in it, so you can order without a phone call.
Straight from the restaurant
There is no courier company in between. The restaurant takes your order, cooks it and delivers it itself, or hands it to you at pickup.
Pay the way you like
Pay at pickup or on delivery, whichever way the restaurant accepts. Some restaurants also take card payment in the app.
Ratings from real orders
Only people who have completed an order can rate a restaurant, so the ratings mean something.
For restaurants
Take orders online. You deliver, or the guest picks up.
You set up your menu, opening hours, delivery area and delivery fee yourself. New orders arrive on the dashboard with a sound alert, you confirm them with a time and the guest sees the status. No subscription: you pay 8% of the food value on completed orders, and the delivery fee stays with you.
